Plot
Peru, present day. A man who come back from the dead with the obsessive mission of helping dogs crosses paths with a deeply religious man, who sees in him the opportunity to finally perform a great act of devotion. Together, they embark on a journey of religious conversion that reveals the contradictions of faith, fervor, and devotion in Peruvian society.

Paolo Tizón
Paolo Tizón is a Peruvian director based in Spain. His main interests are the artistic manifestations in Peru and the contemporary role of the Armed Forces in his country. He graduated from Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola in Spain, specializing in Audiovisual and Film Creation. His first feature film Night has come has been premiered at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival 2024 where it was awarded with the Jury special Proze and the FIPRESCI Award in the ‘Proxima Competition’ section. He has also directed two short films: Sobre el Cerro Lechuza (2020) and Soroborda (2023), which were screened at international festivals such as San Sebastian International Film Festival, ULTRAcinema in Mexico, and Al Este de Lima in Peru.
