This project seeks to carry out a series of critical essays and
performative readings focused on the traces left by queer individuals
and communities within and beyond the cinematographic sphere in Latin
American aesthetic languages.

Agus Wetzel
Agus Wetzel (Argentina, 1988) is a video artist and a PhD in Gender Studies (CONICET). Is one of the programmers of the Beija Flor Recovered Cinema Festival (Argentina, Paraguay). They have directed several videos and short films (Visions du Réel, Sinema Transtopia, Frontera Sur, MDQ, Arder) and have taught seminars at the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès, University of Vic, at Núcleo de Estudos de Gênero/UNICAMP and at MASP/São Paulo.
